Senior Management Team (Alphabetical Order)
William M. Edwards President and Chief Executive Officer ADS Logistics, LLC wedwards@adslogistics.com
Mr. Edwards joined ADS in 2001 as the general manager for the Roll & Hold division, was promoted to VP Roll & Hold in2002, assumed the responsibility for the Western Intermodal division in 2007, and was promoted to president and chief executive officer in 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Edwards was vice president of the Advanced Surface Technologies group of IRMCO for two years, a leading manufacturer of metal forming lubricants. From 1996 to 1999, he was president of Belmont Steel Corporation, a flat rolled steel service center. From 1991 to 1996 he held general manager positions with Ryerson Coil Processing. Previous to that Mr. Edwards was with Inland Steel for fourteen years and held various management and industrial engineering positions. Mr. Edwards has a Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a Masters Degree from the University of Chicago. Mr. Edwards has also taught professional education courses in purchasing and supply chain management at DePaul University in Chicago.
Gordon D. Gustafson Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President-Integrated Solutions ADS Logistics, LLC, Integrated Solutions division ggustafson@adslogistics.com
Mr. Gustafson heads ADS Logistics' commercial team, with responsibility for sales and marketing activities for transportation, warehousing and management services offered by ADS. Additionally he heads the Integrated Solutions division, where he directs the company's management services activities of consulting, outsourcing and systems solutions. Prior to this he held the position of vice president and general manager of ADS' modal integrator, Western Intermodal, for ten years during which he initiated the development of software to better manage and integrate this multi-modal business, and leads the efforts today to market this robust supply chain management tool. Mr. Gustafson has over 30 years experience in the logistics field, and prior to ADS had responsibilities in marketing and cost accounting in the rail industry. Other previous experience includes positions in public accounting and internal audit. Mr. Gustafson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with Business and Economics minors.

Mr. McCord has the P&L responsibility for the Roll & Hold and Western Intermodal divisions; including development and execution of the business plan, business development, operations, purchasing and quality. He has 30 years experience in warehousing and steel distribution. He joined Roll & Hold in 1990 as a warehouse superintendent, was promoted to regional manager in 1995, to Director - Operations in 2001, to General Manager of the division in 2003, was promoted to Assistant Vice President for both the Roll & Hold and Western Intermodal divisions in 2007 and to his present position in 2008. Prior to joining ADS, Mr. McCord worked at Allied Tube & Conduit for 18 years where he held the position of supervisor of distribution and later superintendent of distribution.

Mr. Ritter joined ADS in 1984 as a central control manager. He was promoted to regional manager in 1987, operations manager in 1988, and director of operations in 1992. In 2001 Bill assumed the position of vice president transportation and transferred to ServiceCraft, a sister company (at that time) to ADS. In 2008 he returned to ADS to head up the AREA division.

Mr. Sullivan joined ADS in 2000 and, after positions of increasing responsibility, assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and in 2002, and Vice President, Information Services in 2008. In this capacity, he has responsibility for all accounting functions, managing the credit agreements, bank relationships, financing assets, budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and special projects, as well as research, recommendation and implementation of technological solutions for the company's business processes to gain competitive advantage. Prior to joining the Company, he spent ten years with GATX Corporation, where he served in several roles, most recently as Manager of Accounting & Finance for the Chemical Logistics subsidiary, and five years with a public accounting firm. Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from DePaul University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Doyle joined ADS in 2001 and is responsible for commercial initiatives in the Southeast region of the United States, as well as the development, integration and implementation of rail programs across the whole of ADS Logistics. Prior to joining ADS, Mr. Doyle spent ten years with CSX Transportation and pre-merger with Consolidated Rail Corporation as National Account Manager; Market Manager,Metals Business Unit; Senior Business Development Analyst, Metals Business Group, and Business Development Analyst, Petrochemicals Business Group. Prior to entering the metals and rail industries, Mr. Doyle spent fourteen years as a police sergeant. Mr. Doyle has a Bachelor of Science degree, a Masters Degree in Administrative Management and Finance, and hascompleted post-MBA programs in Marketing, all from Saint Joseph`s University.

Mr. Hudson joined ADS in 1987 anddevelops customized solutions for customers seeking to import or export material consistent with their service and economic constraints. He is intimately familiar with NAFTA, and other international requirements.He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point and is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master for all oceans. During Mr. Hudson’s 40 year career, he has sailed throughout the world aboard cargo vessels as a ship’s officer and has held executive level marketing and management positions in stevedoring, marine terminal, port authority and international trade areas.

Mr. Klok joined ADS Logistics, LLC in 1993 and manages the purchase of freight and logistics services for the Integrated Solutions division. Previous to assuming this position in 2002, he was the director of distribution for the Western Intermodal division of ADS Logistics. Prior to joining ADS Mr. Klok was thetraffic manager for Duferco Corporation, a steel trading company. Previous to that he was a marine surveyor inspecting cargo, facilities, vessels and transportation equipment. Altogether has 27 years experience in the domestic and international shipping and metals products industry. Mr. Klok holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Gordon College.

Mr. Neild joined ADS Logistics in November of 2003. Prior to ADS, Mr. Neild spent 8 years with the Japanese trading firm Mitsui & Co.'s Detroit office focusing on import and export sales to the automotive industry. Mr. Neild has lived and studied Mandarin in both China and Taiwan and has a degree in International Relations from the James Madison College at Michigan State University.

Mr. Sandstrom joined ADS in 1987 and has responsibility for sales initiatives across all ADS divisions, nationally. He has over 25 years sales and marketing experience in the transportation industry with firms including the Union Pacific Railroad and I.M.C. Sales. Prior to joining ADS as director, intermodal marketing, Mr. Sandstrom had his own independent sales agency representing ADS in the eastern United States. He hasa Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and History from Luther College and is a graduate of the College of Advanced Traffic.

Mr. Arroyave joined ADS in 1993 and is responsible for corporate system analysis and development. Since joining ADS, he has held a series of positions starting as a system analyst; was promoted in 1994 to project leader; in 1995 to supervisor of system development; in 1996 to manager of system development; in 1997 to manager of corporate system development; in 1998 to director, systems development, todirector informationservices in 2000 and tohis present position in 2006. Mr. Arroyave has over 20 years experience in Information Technology, participating in the development of system applications for finance, human resources, production, inventory control, sales, marketing, and distribution. Prior to joining ADS he was with British American Tobacco Company in Venezuela where he was in project management and system analysis in their Information Technology Department. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a Masters Degree in Information Systems, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Bland joined ADS in 2002 and is responsible for daily operations and fleet growth. He has over 30 years experience in corporate transportation, logistics, and the trucking industry and has held positions in sales, operations, and logistics management. Prior to ADS, Mr. Bland held positions with such firms as Ruan Transportation Management Systems where he was director of carrier management, Ispat Inland where he was section manager of external transportation and Burnham Trucking Company where he was general manager. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University.

Mr. Holeman joined Roll & Hold in 1994 and is responsible for the daily operations of all Roll & Hold and Western Intermodal facilities. Jerry joined the organization working at the Davenport, Iowa facility (now closed) and was promoted to supervisor for and relocated to the Macedonia, OH facility in 1995. He has held a variety of managerial positions including Superintendent, Regional Manager, Manager Operations, Director of Operations,and was promoted to his present position in 2007. Jerry has a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Arkansas Tech University.

Ms. Houchens joined ADS in July 1980 and is responsible for administration of all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws and regulations, as well as the development and presentation of human resource related training programs. She joined ADS as administrative assistant and office manager and held a variety of positions managing duties in accounting, workers compensation, cargo claims, payroll, personnel and general office administration, prior to her promotion to director of human resources in 1988. Ms. Houchens has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Olivet Nazarene University.

Mr. Mullen joined ADS in 2008. Prior to joining the company, he was director of safety and personnel for J.H. Walker Trucking. Mr. Mullen has 20 years of commercial motor vehicle experience with an extensive background in transportation safety, claims and risk management. He is a graduate of Stonehill College with a degree in Law Enforcement.
