ADS Logistics Co, LLC is pleased to provide employees the opportunity to shop and purchase voluntary supplemental insurance products. These products include:
- Accident Insurance
- Specified Critical Illness
- Individual Short Term Disability Income Protection
- Individual Interest Sensitive Whole Life
These coverages, brought to you by Unum, provide a way for you and/or your family to meet financial obligations in case of an accident, illness, disability or death. Call the Enrollment Line at (866)885-3589, from February 19th to March 19th, 2011. Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday. March 19th is the last day to apply! Any policy changes or new policies will be effective May 1, 2011.
