ADS Logistics is now a Portfolio Company of Linx Partners

Linx Partners, LLC announced the acquisition of ADS Logistics Co, LLC, based in
Chesterton, Indiana. ADS Logistics is a provider of trucking, warehouse and intermodal logistics services to the metals industry.
ADS Logistics President and CEO Bill Ritter said, “This partnership provides ADS with the necessary resources to continue to grow the business and provides exciting opportunities for employees and investors alike”.

PNC Business Credit provided the commercial banking facility. Linx Partners, LLC is a private equity firm based in Atlanta and New York specializing in industrial acquisitions.
