A skilled forklift driver, Dale has 33 years experience in the metal industry spending the last 13 years as an Operations Manager for Western Intermodal. He attributes his long standing tenure to the countless enjoyable experiences interacting with customers and working alongside great people. The forklifts Dale works with are used for every aspect of handling for Western Intermodal, including loading and unloading containers, flatcars, coilcars, boxcars and trucks.

A true outdoorsman, you can often find Dale fixing, building and landscaping his home in Renton or jetskiing around Haven Lake, where his famly owns a cabin. He also rides in an annual dirt bike race in the Washington desert, an event that attracts thousands of participants and spectators. Dale has been married to his wife Debbie for 31 years, and has two kids ages 30 and 26.
