DRIVER RECRUITING CHALLENGE IS OPEN TO ALL EMPLOYEES** AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS OF ADS LOGISTICS CO, LLC.
Rules: (The fine print)
Contest must generate twenty-five (25) new drivers (Company and/or Owner Operator) in order to trip the drawing for truck and $10,000. [Drivers hired through normal recruiting channels will not count toward total.] If contest does not generate twenty-five (25) new drivers there will not be a drawing for the truck and cash however each individual** who recruits any qualifying drivers will be paid $1,000 per qualifying driver recruited.
2. ‘Qualifying’ recruited drivers must be actively at work at the conclusion of the contest in order to be counted. Recruiter must be actively at work at the conclusion of the contest in order to be eligible for payout.
3. Applicants must list the name of the recruiting individual on the original application (electronic or paper). No names of recruiting individuals will be added after the application is received by the Recruiting Department. Make sure your applicant(s) lists you before submitting application.
4. Any individual who recruits five (5) or more qualifying drivers will be awarded an entry to win a 2012 Chevrolet pick up. An additional entry will be awarded for each additional five (5) qualifying drivers recruited.
5. Drawing for truck and $10,000 second prize will include only those entries for individuals recruiting five (5) qualifying drivers. One drawing entry per five (5) qualifying drivers recruited.
6. ADS will pay the recruiting individual $100 for each qualifying application submitted during the contest. [Qualifying application requires two (2) years verifiable OTR experience/One (1) year verifiable steel experience.]
7. Contest ends 31 October 2012.
