On December 23rd, 2010 the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published its proposed Hours of Service regulation changes in the Federal Register.
The regulations were approved by the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) after a lengthy review, and the comment period is now open on these proposed changes.
