2. Area Maintenance Shop in Chesterton [advance notice recommended]
3. The following Company-authorized vendors (subject to change):

5. Any state-licensed inspection station provided the inspection form (State Document) certifies the inspection satisfies the requirements of 396.17
NOTES:
- Inspecting facility must call for a Purchase Order or ComCheck before beginning inspection. If you plan on getting inspected after hours (nights or weekends) you must make arrangements with the inspection facility and ensure they have obtained a Purchase Order during business hours beforehand. No Purchase Orders are issued after normal business hours!
- Inspections done at unauthorized facilities (not on this list) or without a Purchase Order obtained in advance will not be accepted and will not be paid for by the Company.
- Company will pay for one (1) inspection per unit per inspection period. Make sure your equipment is up to code before presenting it for inspection. Re-inspections costs will be deducted from your settlement.
