Our Equipment Maintenance Program is based on a series of rigid preventive maintenance schedules, and all company equipment is subject to this program.  ADS operates two fully-equipped maintenance shops; one in Hammond, Indiana and another in Richfield, Ohio.

Additionally, ADS has contracted with various national and local service providers providing our drivers a national network of maintenance facilities that numbers in the hundreds

What does this mean to our drivers?  It means ADS company drivers don't have to compete for first-in / first-out priorities with drivers from other companies. Our facilities have two priorities: first, to keep the equipment in absolute top-notch running condition, and second, to get our drivers back on the road, quickly.

Independent contractors are required to have quarterly and annual inspections to meet DOT requirements at an ADS authorized inspection station.
