Dental Insurance
Group dental coverage is available at the employee's expense. Dental premiums are deducted from payroll on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible for coverage the first of the month following thirty (30) days from the date of hire. Should you waive dental coverage at the time of hire you may only enroll during the next "open enrollment" period. If other dental coverage is lost or there is a change in status due to divorce, marriage, birth or adoption of a child, you may be eligible for a "special enrollment".
