Disability Insurance
The company provides Long Term Disability Insurance for eligible salaried employees. Coverage begins the first of the month following thirty days (30) from the date of hire.
Under the terms of the present disability insurance policy, there is a three (3) month waiting period for benefits.
Upon eligibility for coverage you will receive a booklet describing the benefits. |
