Insurance Plans - ADS works closely with the Horton Insurance Group to develop our robust list of plans. Horton, established in 1971, specializes inproviding insurance, risk management and employee benefit solutions for companies and individuals; providing coverages through adiverse group of international, national, regional and niche insurance carriers. ADS employees are offered a basic life insurance plan, paid for the by company, as well as eligibility in medical, dental and vision group insurance. ADS also provides employees the opportunity to purchase a variety of voluntary supplemental insurance plans such as long term disability, life, and accidental death.
Health Screens - ADS, working with Interactive Health Solutions (IHS) provides health screens to all ADS employees and their covered spouses. These health screens are paid for by ADS, and are offered to the employees FREE of charge. The confidential test results provide the "building blocks" for a healthy life.
Early detection is important! Be proactive with your health. AND, save money in the process by receiving these tests free (A $250 value) an save on insurance premiums. All ADS employees that participate in the FREE, CONFIDENTIAL Health Screen will receive a 5% discount off their ADS medical plan premiums for 2007, effective with the April 1, 2007 Open Enrollment.
