Life Insurance
Group life insurance coverage begins the first of the month following thirty days (30) from the date of hire. Upon eligibility, insured employees will receive a certificate of coverage to keep for their records.
The company provides and pays for a $25,000 life insurance policy for all full-time employees. Exempt employees are eligible to receive additional life insurance benefits to be determined by the Company. |
